Deep dive into the flavours of Jamaica with our Ackee and Saltfish cooking class. Learn to prepare Jamaica's national dish and enjoy a taste of the island's rich culinary heritage. Originally served as breakfast has now evolved to the lunch and dinner tables. The side dishes for this class will be boiled dumplings, yam and green banana. You will also learn how to make Sorrel, made from Hibiscus leaves is the nations favourite drink during the Christmas period. Free onsite parking available.
