Our Master chef, with over 40 years of experience, leads engaging classes designed for all skill levels. Participants can explore the vibrant flavors and traditions of Jamaica while honing their culinary skills at various locations. Cooking has been our Master Chef's Troy's passion for as long he can remember. Young Troy, originally from Kingston Jamaica learnt the art of cooking from his Grandmother as a young boy. His professional journey began back in 1995 at The Jolly’s Arm, a popular seafood restaurant, and then the Jewel Hotel Restaurant both located in Portmore, St. Catherine.
When he came to England, he wanted to sharpen his skills and learn new techniques, so studied at Waltham Forest College earning Diplomas in Professional Cooking and Baking and Catering.
His journey since then has allowed him to work to some at some of London's most iconic establishments and prestigious venues from the Shard, BT Tower, Lloyd's of London, BNP Paribas, the London School of Business to Wembley Emirates and Tottenham Hotspurs new Stadium.
He has now partnered with Mi Belly Full and is excited to share his experience and knowledge of food to teach people how to bring great flavour, creativity, and confidence into their own kitchens.
